Constant vision, insight and direction are needed to encourage upward mobility and growth.

Without the appropriate light a plant will grow inefficiently, whether stunted, excessive elongation, or die altogether. Likewise, a company without a vision is one doomed to struggle or eventually die. This is the most key element to every company's success. You must know where you're going, how you plan to get there, and the timing of all of it.

Imparting this vision for the whole team is monumental in creating upward mobility for each team member and ultimately the business.
